Developer REST API
Integrate ByteConverter directly into your applications, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
1. Authentication & Rate Limits
All developer API requests require an API key passed in the standard Authorization header using the Bearer scheme. You can create and manage API keys inside your Dashboard. Keys follow the format byteconvert-<38 characters>.
Authorization: Bearer byteconvert-9a8B7c6D5e4F3g2H1i0J...
Tier Rate Limits (Rolling 2-Minute Window)
- Free / Normal Tier: 20 requests per 2 minutes
